Immaculate and spotless room with an air conditioning and a couch. Excellent service and great and lovely location right by the most highly rated restaurants and Florida and state park. Again, walking distance to Cafe Eleven.

The rooms are well-equipped and a nice size, with internet TV and a comfortable bed and dryers provided. The staff are extremely helpful and very professional, the location is perfect.

Enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. The property room was absolutely fantastic and bright with a view. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were an advantage. The staff were courteous and polite and the location was amazing close to everything including downtown St Augustine.

Marvellous and lovely location in a pretty nice area, just next door to an excellent restaurant to grab breakfast, the pier and beach and the beach and restaurants, bars, cafés, and other services.

We enjoyed a peaceful and decent location not far from local restaurants, cafés and local concert venue. It also was right on the beach. Booked a room with a view.

Beautiful! The hotel had nice furnishings and a pleasant atmosphere. However, there were a few housekeeping issues like dirty rooms and no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The elevators were slow and the hotel wasn't as close to the beach as expected. But despite these drawbacks, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I would recommend this hotel.
